    Hi Keystone and danasegarane,

    I am using 2008 and You guys are right!!!
    I found it....so easy...

    the problem I made, I added tooltip manually...I checked only the properties on tooltip and tried to combine it with mousehover. I did not checked the properties on the label itself...
