    I don't know/think so, but you can do that in C. At least with the right service packs. Depending on the version (I mean all the special crap that different manufacturers add to it) of CE of course...

    Sure there is. I've got a CD with it, look in the Microsoft's web site and you should find it (I think). If it's not for free, you can order it or buy it at a computer store (I'm not gonna tell you the alternative, involving a cracks web site... oops, already told you ).
