This question has been asked and answered several times. A simple search will get several hits using the keywords drag drop flexgrid.

I have been doing simple searches for hours, and have not come across an example for dragging from one cell to another cell within one grid
(not OLE Drag)

I actually needed it for the SGrid2, but figured there was more chance of finding a flexgrid solution, which I could modify for the SGrid2.
I have so modified it, and it is working fine.
