help on distribution of .exe file

earlier I have ask the similar question, I want to know how to set up or find the distribution wizard or the package and deployment wizard? to make .exe file in a the floppy disk. it is a very small program and it shouldn't have space problem if I pack some other needed files on the floppy. some simple instructions on how to use it would be helpful too.
I am using the professional version of VB.

On your start meny you should have Visual Basic Tools
in this is package and deployment
go in here and create a package it is a wizard

are you using VB6 ??

VB Directory\Wizards\PDWizard\PDCMDLN.EXE
