Dodger, I hope you have spoken to John or one of the other administrators. He may have something to say about it.

I am already working on a vb napster type application to trade code napster style. I was thinking of calling it codenet. For all languages from c++ to web technologies. I am work on the a little bit every couple of days. I am pretty sure that someone else thought of it. For every idea that a human has 10 others have already thought of. It's the implementation that counts.

I think geoff has written a program to do this. But there is nothing stopping from doing one yourself. Go for it.

Geoff has made a browser specific to this forum.
Code sharing has been discussed many times in this forum, and I remember at least two threads in which an initiative was taken to build an app.

if customers had a VB Napster, they could just locate the solution
they need. and then what would Solution Developers be good for??
I don't know if a VB Napster is a good idea

Hey All,
It was basically to be able to write the posts offline, save them to disk, and then post them all at once when connected.
But I suppose its dumb...
What can I make that people want and that doesn't take a genius to make?
I suppose I could try making a file swapping app, should I attempt it?
Although I don't really know every feature of napster, as I have never downloaded it, I could probably do the basics.
bye-bye

DONT!!!!!!
This will mean people do not see the banners, and then they would make less... and we desperatly need more server bandwidth.
Anyway, its so, easy, I did one to test a new control I had so I could post from SMS

Woof! Do you have to be that horible?
I had actually asked john if he wanted to place an ad rotation system in the software.
I never wanted to take advertising revenue from the site, and I considered the fact at the very beginning.
But nevermind, I'm not doing it anymore...
