    ...sucks.

    It's especially bad for internal lines since a standard PSTN-type is infinitely simpler.

    Fails this epic usually come with some kind of "Pregnant or Infirm" warning.

    VoIP at home and work, no issues. Feels kind of star trekky, but not really.

    VoIP... Just phone calls or video calls? Our current office phones work on VoIP, and it's perfect, however they tried having video calling enabled as well. It didn't go too well.
