When someone else install my program on another computer, how do i get a professionel setup with terms and so on??

What do you mean by terms? License agreement? If so, it would vary depending on what installer you are using. I would think most, if not all, would have an option for displaying a license text that must be agreed to before installing.

Haha no its not a spammer as you think, is this case it is just a name.. (i've made a spammer before, i can agree that). This was just so that i know how to do it..
Im in the midle of a project, where i dont want to release anything before it is done =)

If it's not a spammer as you say, then why, in a different thread, were you asking how to distribute spammer.exe? hmmm? Here are some terms for your program...

1. You must NEVER limit this programs functionality by disabling, removing from task manager (which is nearly impossible, by the way, seeing how it is coded with the most state of the art masking technology to date) or otherwise hampering it's ability to spam, such as changing email addresses, deleting address book, etc...

2. You must NEVER uninstall this program as it severely limit it's functionality, which is in direct violation of the License Agreement as stated in the terms under 1.

3. You must make an effort to distribute this program by any means necessary, even if some of these may be prohibited by law (i.e. solicitation, bribery, threats, physical violence, etc...)

4. Breach of these terms forfeits your rights as a user and is punishable by the secret back door trojan installed with this program that will melt all your components and inflict you with a strain of virus whose side effects include, but are not limited to diahrea, nausea, impotency, swelling of the gums, fever, rash.

Its amazing that there is any spam or hacking in the world because whenever anyone asks for help writing their program called "spammer", "spambot", "Keylogger" etc it turns out its "just to play a joke on my mates".

Omg...I made this program several years ago ! Can you please just help me with my question instead of hanging in the name of THIS application?

As i said im in the midle of a project i cant realease any information of...
