Anyone Know...?
Anyone know how MyVitalAgent works..? Where it gets the info about the Internet dial-up connection (Bytes Received/Sent)... Registry? API? DLL's?

Do a search for RasDial on MSDN and that should give you everything you need.

Your search using "All Words" for "RasDial"
returned 0 results.
?? I selected the VB MSDN checkbox... ??!!??

Err, well I think you were searching in the wrong sections. I searched for "RasDial" with only the C++ docs checked and came up with one result (got hundreds with them all ticked):
