    How to tell if an external app is minimized to task bar?

    Hail to all,

    How do I tell if an external app is minimized to the task bar? I can minimize and external app and then restore it but I don't know how to tell if it is minimized to task bar or not.

    what I am doing is when they restore my app it restores their app. but when they minimize their app I want mine to minimize as well.
