Windows 2000 Advanced Server
I just installed win2k Advanced Server, and i am wondering how do I stop the "Configure You Server" window from coming up everytime I start windows?
Also, is there a common reason why my cabel modem doesn't work with win2k AS?

There is an option in the bottom right hand corner of the window which you untick.
Did you install ATM support in the communications options? you have to do a custom install to get these.

Chenko, it's probably doing a thorough scandisk on your hdd. Check to see if theres activity, if not, you'll probably need to reinstall.

Well win2k dont do a "scandisk" it does that at start up, and you can see its progress, I left it running, and I just keeps restarting
So its reinstall time

are you sure it doesn't have it? while its starting, you can hit F8 and then start in safe mode, and then run scan disk. But i'm not positive about that.
