open start menu at mouse position
I'm looking to open the start menu, which i'd normally achieve with a CTRL-ESC through keybd-event api...
however, I need the start menu to appear where the mouse is, rather than in the corner of the screen... I've seen several other apps that do this (desktopX replacement shells, chris n soft's "open start menu"). How does it work?
any code given would be for the benefit of an open source project, so I can't use the existing options.
