What's worse, I ran into a combination during lunch today... six sandwiches, and not a clue what she wanted... the fact that she lived up to the stereotypical "sista" (rude, loud, generally obnoxious) didn't help my first impression of her much, either. For goodness sake, lady. You alone are holding up a line of a dozen people, all three workers behind the counter are focusing on YOUR order, and you don't even have the decency to say "please" or "thank you"? Come on.. that's just plain cold.
Add to this: the lady who doesn't know what she wants didn't start thinking about it until it's her turn to order, she'd just had 10 to 15 minutes waiting in line to figure it out like everyone else.
