Sadly I'm not even on the HelpDesk at all. Non-technical people have a tendency to ask anyone who works in IT to fix anything from a broken mouse to the warped CD that spent the summer on the floor of their car. I think even the guy who waters the plants on our floor gets asked to fix computer problems when he goes to other depts.

"the" was already posted before in this thread.
"Think outside the box". That might have been posted too and it's a phrase not a word but people are posting phrases.
