Jeez. Is it just me or is this forum getting very sluggish?

I have just done a speed test and I'm on 10074 kbps.

    VB Forums Loading Slowly?

It could be just me, but yesterday morning (GMT -7) and this morning, I've found that it is taking an annoyingly long time for VBF pages to load. As a test to see if the slowness was limited to VBF I clicked on the VBF url from one of my post notifications and while it was grinding away I was able to get to my Google home page in another IE session considerably before the VBF load finished.

    From Brad:

There is nothing specific happening on our servers. Joe and I have talked about this. Joe has reported it to our tech guys and they've checked the server logs to see if anything is happening.

We'll continue to bring it up.

I'm not a gamer. I suspect our hamster is getting old and just can't spin that wheel as fast as he once did. Seriously, we are looking into it. Right now it seems to be quite fast.

The site is slower than usual for me too! However, it is not so slow that I give up on waiting for the site to load, still under 20 secs.
