SQL-2005 How to grab Connection String via Mgt Studio

    All,

Can I just right-click on a database object from Management studio and copy that database's Connection String from somewhere?

If not, then there should be!

    Dave
Nobody knows what software they want until after you've delivered what they originally asked for.

I'm not aware of that ability in SSMS but the Server Explorer in VS can do it for you. Just select a database and then get its connection string from the Properties window.
