Manually selecting text with the mouse in "Post Edit" mode
Using IE6 - when editing post I cannot select as much text as I need to - it stops (manual selection with the mouse) after x number of characters or lines...
I'm not sure what's causing this behavior but it's annoying since the upgrade - before upgrade it worked just fine.
btw, selecting text with keyboard works fine.

I've noticed that too but I think only while quick-editing.

Re: Manually selecting text with the mouse in "Post Edit" mode
What? The maximum number of characters allowed on the forum is 10 000. According to the forum counter the test thread here is 10, 000 characters. I am still able to select all that text in edit mode with the mouse.
Edit:
Or do you mean that the vertical scroll bar does not move after a certain number of lines?

I though I was clear - after clicking the EDIT button try to select text [quick edit mode] in the textbox by pressing and holding your mouse button down.
You will be able to select only limited number of characters - again, I'm using IE and please no unnecessary suggestions about FF, etc browsers.
Somehow, it (textbox?) stops selecting text... It happens most of the time (I would say 99%) but not always.

That's strange! I am using IE6 to edit the above linked post but I don't encounter the problem.

It doesn't happen all the time or even most of the time.
