[RESOLVED] Why am I not getting notification e-mails
We switched from a DSL ISP to comcast cable - moving DSN's for domains yesterday.
I stopped getting notification e-mails from the forum.
I've tested that I can send e-mails to my domain e-mail account from gmail and other e-mails I've got access to.
I've checked that my USER CP settings for e-mail are that same domain account.
I've even found a post I made and clicked on szlamany to send myself an e-mail from the forum - it never went through.
Why?

Re: Why am I not getting notification e-mails
Some ISPs delete mail from this site, presumably suspecting that it is spam due to the large quantity of messages sent (despite the obvious opt-in aspect).
Unfortunately is seems that it is an issue with your ISP, and there is nothing that can be done about it from our end. There is also little chance of getting them to fix it, but you could give it a go!
One solution that several people (including Marty) use is to have a GMail account for the forum mails, which auto-forwards to your real email account.

YOu will. Gmail and hotmail will deliver them, even if it's to the spam folder.

Re: Why am I not getting notification e-mails
It worked - I just got a notification for that post!
btw - we migrated 3 domains and a dozen e-mails since yesterday. Comcast let me accidentally add a "second alias" for my primary domain e-mail on their website - I should have done a forward - it was an oops. Now I have broken the website for my use - and being a DB person I can totally understand the "duplicate" bug I created! Twice I got to second-tier support! Last call got me to third-tier...now I'm waiting for the actual e-mail provider themselves to correct the problem (if they work weekends!).
