Application not a member of my

I am trying to add a splash screen to my app but I get an few errors "Application is not a member of my"

Does anyone have any tip to fix this?

Not sure if it has to do with the fact that under project properties the windows application framework is disabled and I cannot figure out how to enable it.

    Thanks for your help.

You must have a naming conflict. Do you by any chance have a type named "my" in your project?
