ts - that was uncalled for and totally unnecessary and doesn't address the thread in anyway...
Alex - Not sure what the problem is... I'm able to access VBF via IE8 with out any issues.

Are you experiencing this when you try to visit any other site? What about when you use another browser?
Really sounds like a DNS issue.

Have you tried www.vbforums.com?
When vbforums.com is requested, you should automatically be directed to www.vbforums.com. It seems that IE8 isnt doing this correctly.
