Getting a variable from a web page
Hello (Newbie)
Please excuse my stupidness, i'm fairly new to VB and i've only done a little bit with it before.
Basically i am making a little application that i want to run on my machine.
I have a web page which is generated using php, there is no html code on the page simply a number, e.g. "9995" when you view source.
All i want to do is return this value from the web page and display it in a text box in VB or store it as a variable that i can use later.
Could anyone point me in the correct direction or right keywords to research, or if you have a simple example that would be even better
regards
Al
