Which cable do I use for internet?

Guys, I can't seem to locate which cable I need to use to hook up my computer to the lan here...

Here is a picture of our server rooms wiring.. can you help me find the right cable I need for internet?

well, let's think about this logically now... it's going to be the last cable that you try, right? So eliminate all of the cables you would try first, and go straight to the cable you'll try last... and that should be it.

I'm not sure I'd want to see the wiring closet on the other end of that trunk.

Maybe they've used Cat5 as duct lagging. Expensive, but for all I know, effective.

It's the orange wire, which is right in the middle of the column.... try cutting out the outer wires to get to make space... After that it is an easy task...

I'm doubting that the picture is actually from the building that kleinma works in but if it isn't I appreciate the humor and if it is then that building has a whole lot of wiring going on.

I don't have much to offer here... these guys do this for a living, I do it for a hobby. I read and learn, and I will post on topics I know about, like bombs.
