    Quick 3.5 SP1 framework question

    If we have development boxes that install SP1 for the 3.5 framework and build an assembly, will the assembly run on workstations that do not have SP1 installed?

    If you use features that make use of SP1 features, then you'll run into trouble. Most developers don't usually realize what features they're using that make use of the SP1 features, so it's always always always good practice to have the target boxes updated to SP1.
