The web browser Google Chrome doesn't display the little arrow next to Thread Tools, and thus, people cannot mark threads as resolved. Just letting ya know.

This article should shed some light upon Chrome and its V8 engine. Its a speed issue that doesnt look like there is a solution. http://www.tectonic.co.za/?p=3440

I dont answer coding questions via PM. Please post a thread in the appropriate forum.
Like many other features of this site, the Thread Tools menu uses JavaScript to operate, and Google Chrome doesn't support JavaScript (yet?).
Yes it does! I just tested one of my websites that uses javascript as part of the process to display the flash buttons and the buttons display correctly. Also, there is built-in javascript debugger in Google Chrome. If Google Chrome didn't support javascript then why did the developers decide to include a javascript debugger in the browser?
when you quote a post could you please do it via the "Reply With Quote" button or if it multiple post click the "''+" button then "Reply With Quote" button.
If this thread is finished with please mark it "Resolved" by selecting "Mark thread resolved" from the "Thread tools" drop-down menu. https://get.cryptobrowser.site/30/4111672
It looks like the drop down doesn't work, but it does show the contents of the drop downs at the bottom of the page. And if you click on the links, it takes you to to the bottom of the page.

Um if anyone read the article you would see it does support JS and the reason why there is an issue

The article just says that V8, the new system built for Google Chrome to run Javascript is faster, because it was designed from the ground up to remove bottlenecks. It doesn't say anything about loss of functionality.
I still can't find any reason vbforums shouldn't be working right on Chrome. The only other limitations i've found is some coding n00bs who rely some code on browser checks that haven't added functionality for Chrome yet (like www.fox.com's movie player).

I am using Google Chrome. I didn't notice that problem. It works perfect. In fact the day I started using Chrome, I have stopped using IE See picture attached...

Hmm, really, that is interesting. I have been using Google Chrome constantly for the last two weeks, and today was the first time that I have been able to see that menu?!?!
@Gary: Hi Gary, I resolved a thread on the Mar 10th, 2009, in the asp forums using chrome...
I have been switching between Chrome and Firefox and did not find that option earlier. Now I am able to mark a thread as resolved in chrome.

Yeah. I have been using Chrome for about a month and never had the option until yesterday as well.
