Good commission to be earned for writing some VB questions

I am looking for experienced technology experts (developers and administrators) to provide 20 questions with answers for our application. If you have experience of any current technology and you can come up with or research 20 questions then let me know. This could be Ajax, java, vb.net, php, xml, dhtml, ruby on rails, python, perl, .net, SQL, business analysis, project management, Prince2, 6Sigma, XSLT , Excel, PowerPoint, or anything else relevant to IT. You can use the web, books, training videos or personal experience to research your 20 questions. Each question needs 9 possible answers – only one is correct. This will be paid on an on-going commission basis. Every time someone uses your 20 questions, you get paid. If you want to know more then let me know what subject(s) you could cover and what your current experience level is. Your written English must be perfect.

Each subject is given 20 questions that get progressively harder. (5 Qs for beginner level, 5 for intermediate level, 5 for advanced & 5 for guru level). Getting the low end Qs together is simple enough if you know your subject well, but the advanced and especially the guru section need to be researched and double checked. In the beginner section it's ok to have just 4 or 5 possible answers, but the rest need 9 possible answers. It sounds easy to think up 4 lots of 5 questions each, but it gets a bit tricky trying not to be too obscure so that nobody stands a chance. I have things like "what is the output from this piece of code if x=10" or "What function does Name provide". I need to know which answer is the correct one, and how many seconds is allowed to answer it (max 90 seconds else you have enough time to Google the question and get the answer)

Questions can be multi-line to include code but cannot have any formatting like bold or bullets and indents, and answers are all radio buttons so only one answer can be correct (can't have "tick all that apply" type of answers). Try to keep both questions and answers short.

I already have interest in this application, and the potential to earn some serious money is there. It is commission based payment but it will be ongoing.

OK, what I am going to need is 20 questions, 5 real easy beginner questions, 5 intermediate questions, 5 Advanced qestions, and 5 guru questions. the beginner questions need 4 possible answers each , one of which is the correct answer, all the other questions get 9 possible answers each, again, only one is the correct answer, all answers must be feasible, so that only those that know the subject well will get the answer in good time. the commission rate is 0.25p per report run using your set of questions. So, if we get 100 companies running 10 reports per week based on your set of questions, you will earn £1000 per month, of course if we get 0 companies producing 0 reports, you guessed it, you earn 0. Anyhow, what I need from you is one sample question at guru level with 9 possible answers so that I can decide if you are right for this. Your English must be perfect, and you must be 100% sure of the question and the answers, if you are not entirely sure, don't use it, I was a VB programmer for several years so I have a good idea about the subject, and tell me something about yourself, a cv would be good. Also, can you do other subjects too, like .net or VBA or XML or PHP etc?

the question is: what makes a guru question? Or intermediate or even advanced? There are something I consider pretty basic, but others may consider as more advanced. One person's advanced subject is another's simple easy no-brainer subject.

Appologies for the delay in this response, the forum emailed me re-your first response but not the second. Anyway, you are correct whne you say "One person's advanced subject is another's simple easy no-brainer subject", that's always going to be true, it's easy if you know the answer. The point is only a real guru will know the answer. Let's say a beginner is someone who has been working at it a few months and easily know real simple stuff like what does BASIC stand for, or how to show a message box with hello world in it. Intermediate level is someone with one year's experience and should know how to create fairly complex applications. At advanced level I would expect someone with 5 years experience, shoul undrstnad how to cretae desktop applications, and web apppplications and dll's etc. A guru would be someone with at least 5 years commercial experience, and probably certified. A guru should understand all aspects of the subject like web services, ole integration, and text book knowledge of all things relating to the subject. At each level the reader of the question might not know the answer but using their knowledge and experience, should be able to figure it out. An example might be a sample of code with the question "what is the ouput of this code". Only someone with the required experience and knoledge will be able to work it out.
