Differential Approach to Commutative Algebra and Proof Theory
(Ignore this post... I'm hoping the title scares away most people )

You have phailed to include a serious tag in your title. The battle will commence.

Use rapidshare or imageshack or photobucket as file stores.

I'm guessing that this is in the wrong thread...

Re: Differential Approach to Commutative Algebra and Proof Theory
Seeing as it was a few kb of attachment and will generate less bandwidth than people viewing this thread, I figured it didn't matter. <candid>But I shoulda thought about just editing an ancient post of mine that nobody would ever care about... not that I would ever do such a thing, of course.</candid>
I'd be happy to use an image storage site but the upload isn't for my own use--renaming a file is a big deal to some people.
I think the real question this thread should consider is: what the heck is a differential approach to proof theory? I know that was around my first thought when making it.

All parametric polynomial functions with complex coefficients have solutions in the complex numbers. **Fact**

If by "function" you mean "curve" and "solution" you mean "root", that's actually not true. Then again if by "rhino" I mean "pasta" and "navel lint" I mean "a green apple" then a rhino was next to navel lint earlier today.
(counterexample...)
x1(t) = 1+t
x2(t) = 1-t

By "function" I mean "make a deal with the Robot Devil" and by "solutions" I mean "get your coat".
