[RESOLVED] Auto-Response bot for MSN/Email?
Hello,
does anyone know of any auto-response bots for MSN or regular email?
By Auto-Response i mean that if someone says hello on MSN the bot will reply:
Hello, How may i help you?
It may even give options, so the user can look at information, schedule times/meetings etc..
Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? Does it exist? If so where can i get it?

Re: Auto-Response bot for MSN/Email?
There are programs for msn which can display custom messages at set intervals or send information to groups of people.
You might want to look at:
http://www.autoemailresponse.com/
Or there might be something here:
http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=e...e+Search&meta=
when you quote a post could you please do it via the "Reply With Quote" button or if it multiple post click the "''+" button then "Reply With Quote" button.
If this thread is finished with please mark it "Resolved" by selecting "Mark thread resolved" from the "Thread tools" drop-down menu.

Have you thought of running an IRC server? There would be plenty of IRC bots available to do this sort of thing.

Re: Auto-Response bot for MSN/Email?
I'm sure Microsoft released some 'power pack' or something like that for MSN that had a load of extra features in it and one of those was an auto response.
Cant remember exactly what the pack was called though I'm afraid...
Of course this is a programming forum so if you cant find what you are after then you could try and make your own app that does it for you
