How do i send packets to ip addresses
I know i sound dumb but i'm fairly new to programming and i need to know how to send packets to ipaddresses and be able to get a resonse
if someone could please either tell me in detail or maybe send me a simple program to [email protected] if you find that better.

What kind of packets? You probably could use the Winsock Control or API. If you mean the ability to edit/send raw packets, I haven't seen that done with VB yet, although I'm pretty sure with a lot of work it could be done.
