    Data Set Graphing Software

    I need software which will let me graph data as accurately as possible. Excel just isn't accurate enough for me.

    What software do you use? And what other options do you recommend?

    Mathematica has extremely high numerical precision options and should give very accurate graphs. I'd figure Matlab is similar.

    I'm no fan of Excel plotting capability, but what isn't accurate about it?
