    It's a clever little gimmick to prevent documentation of police brutality. Photographic evidence isn't admissible in court if it was obtained illegally.

    Stupidities happen the world over, but the Brits take the crown for aggressive rights-suppressive (is that even a phrase?) stupidities...the poster child for a Nanny State, no less.
