Need a way to detect OS (Mac & Windows)

I created TWO video files .mov(mac) .WMA(windows) & need to have one or the other autostart depending on the OS the client is using. These are a Powerpoint presentation converted to video in order to promote our business without having the client install PPT viewing software. I need either a VB CODE or ANYTHING that will work. I just need a windows user to see the .wma and a mac user to see the .mov without haveing to do anything besides drop in the cd. Thanks in advance

rather than having 2 same videos, why not just have .AVI or .FLV, .SWF (Flash video) ?

Many of our clients have computers with no internet access and cannot count on them having a certain programs or codecs installed. We need these videos to be VERY user friendly and these 2 formats work with all mac and windows family operating systems. I Just need something to autorun the video file in respect to their operating system. either a VB code or some kind of app.
