Error installing Expression Studio 2 (error# -2147024873)

hiii all i have this error number :

Error installing Expression Studio 2 (error# -2147024873)



when i try to installing Microsoft Expression Studio 2 on my computer on windows xp sp2

and when i click finish on the error window i see that the ms expression amedia 2 and encoder 2 only installed but the other not installed



can any one help me what is the problem and how i solve it plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Did you have any previous versions of Expression Studio or silverlight installed? Also do you have the 3.5 framework installed?

no i dont have previous versions of Expression Studio
yes i have silverlight installed that installed with visual studio 2008
i have office 2003 installed on my system

i try to unstall it and begin install expression web but the error still appear
any body can help me plz

i see the URL you write it and try to do it but no thing happen

this i get it from the log file for installion

Ok, so try to uninstall all expression products, Then Office, Then silverlight. So you shouldn't have any of those on the system. Next install Expression again, then silverlight, then office and you should be good to go! It is important to remove silverlight as that is the MOST likely conflict.

but : i install all products of expression all not web the web appear the last error why the web product do this .....

Im not sure to be honest, it could just be a bad disk if thats what your installing from. Try what I said and we will go from there.

Here's a resolution for the same error, but with Office 2007 on the machine. Could be helpful, though.
