    (2008) Updating

    Hey ive been told i can set my program to check for downloads from a website everytime it starts. I have a program and my own web site how can i get the program on startup to check the website and make sure its running the latest version. If its not the updated version can be downloaded. According to visual basic i need microsoft frontpage? I'm new to programming so a good description be great, thanks.
