Can it control my TV, DVD player and DVR box too? My dog chewed up all the remote controls last week and now I'm stuck watching the same channel at one volume level forever.

I'm a programmer so I'd rather spend the next month of my life training my dog to change the channel - expending 100 manhours to accomplish programmatically what can be done manually in less than a minute. But after I train him to change the channel I will not have to do it ever again.
Shortly afterwards we will get a new TV that the dog will not be able to change the channel on so I'll spend another month of my life retraining him to use the new hardware.
