    I've done mine.

    I thought the green radioactive snowman would be in keeping with may green radioactive pathogen.

    Mine has returned.

    By the way, I'm fairly sure that most people can't have animated avatars any more - you now need to be a PowerPoster (2048+ posts).

    According to Brad! you should be able to, but it might not take effect immediately - as several things on the forums run on a schedule rather than constantly.

    If it still doesn't work later/tomorrow, let Brad or Jpnyc know, and they'll hopefully be able to sort it out.

    I tried again today. I could successfully set the animated gif file as my avatar pic. But I can't see the animation. What I see is just a still image.

    Does that file animate if you open it in your browser?

    If it does, try a different animated one (to see if there is something about that file our site doesn't like), and if that doesn't work contact Brad/Joe to see if they can do something about it.

    Thanks for the heads up, the message doesn't indicate those specs.
    Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 24.4 KB (whichever is smaller).
