    I didn't miss out on presents, and my mum kindly put Christmas celebrations on hold until after my birthday (so no decorations etc until the 19th)!

    Unfortunately these days I tend to get a lack of celebrations, as people are all at various Christmas parties... this year would have been good, except I had too much to drink the night before, so was suffering.
