Import Access -> sql server 2k5 express
I'm looking around but i don't see an option to import.
I have a sinking feeling that express doesn't support this option
does anyone know a way to import

Re: Import Access -> sql server 2k5 express
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS - formerly Data Transformation Services DTS) is not a feature of SQL Server 2005 Express Edition.
What exactly are you importing? Data only or Table structures as well? What about Queries/Views?
Is the Importing functionality needed in an application? Or are you just doing a one time convert of the Access database to a SQL Server database? If converting, later versions of Access have an Upsizing Wizard that might suit your needs.

does access 2007 have a upsizeing wizard?
right now its the backend ( just data storage) for a access program ( all the forms are in a access database front end)
so im pretty sure its just tables and the data inside

I know Access 2002 & 2003 both have the Upsizing Wizard. Its menu item is under the Tools -> Database Utilities menu.
