Manchester (UK) votes against congestion charge
As the title says, Manchester votes against congestion charge
Thank Santa for that.
If this had gone the other way, many businesses would have relocated outside of the congestion charging zone, together with many of Manchesters' denizens.
Living out in the sticks, this would have been to my detriment.
I've seen sewers burst before. It's not a pretty sight.

I hear automobiles will be completely forbidden from the 2010 British Grand Prix at Donington. The race is to be held on tricycles. My money is on Nick Heidfeld for the win.

School buses still have to pay it.
