I did not see any light. Well, I did shine a flashlight in my eyes a couple nights back, can't remember why.
However, the thread did see light. It flew through a majestic rainbow. It tells me that it hates you for ressurecting it. I wouldn't worry too much about it though.

so basically the mayan calendar end signifies the end of the world, but no one really knows when the calendar starts. Interesting article.

They don't. They rotate clockwise in countries where you drive on the left. It's all about flow control.
