Nope, these aren't real upside down letters, but symbols and special unicode characters (russian/greek and who knows what else are used).
However, i am see exatcly the same, just like you are, because all the common browsers supports unicode charsets. (just like you can see chinese letters on a page, that is set the proper character codings)
program converts English letters to unicode characters and symbols that look inverted
