Real Time Date

How can I get the real date and time for my program so that it is always synchronized with the real time and date in our country? (Philippines)

Of course the system date may be used but I thought not all PC that my program will be installed will have a healthy CMOS battery and not all PC will have the exact date and time.

if the computers can connect to the internet, you could use the atomic clock.
