    CoDe Magazine?

    Anyone read it or subscribe?

Im looking for a periodical that I can read on the john or in work on my lunch. Carrying around Apress books are killing my back . I wish my book store would carry more periodicals. The have 12 Mac periodicals but dont stock any programming ones.

I've gotten CoDe before... and usualy disappointed....
    I subscribe to
    Software Development Times
    MSDN Magazine
    Visual Studio Magazine
    Redmond Developer Magazine
Those are the ones I seem to get the most value out of.

    Re: CoDe Magazine?

It's a very thin magazine, comes out every other month, and it has a lot of articles that have nothing to do with what I do... it might be that it's good for other people, just not me. All of the ones I mentioned come out monthly, except SD Times, it comes out every other week. I use MSDN and VSMag for development tips and keeping up with .NET and other development technologies and tutorials. SD Times and Redmond Developer I use for jsut keeping up on technology news in general... software, hardware, vendors and things like that.

    Re: CoDe Magazine?

So MSDN an VS mag are both .NET specific. Ive been looking them all up, il subscribe to them but I have to say they dont make it easy to subscribe to print copies on any mag site I have been on.

Maybe they dont want my bussiness. Any other magazines that are pure .NET (Im a fast reader)? Thanks for the help so far (Rep+)

there's one more.... that's not too bad... I think it's called .NET Developer's Journal....

and MSDN and VS Mag aren't .NET specific.... they are MS Technology oriented.

If you search for Visual Studio Magazine Free Subscription in google.... you should be able to easily find the link to getting a free subscription.... MSDN magazine I don't know about, because I get a subscription for having an MSDN subscription anyways.
