There is no such thing. URLs are basically the address of a resource, e.g. a web page. Once you get that resource there is no connection. It's just data on your computer. You're going to have to provide a far better description of what you want for us to understand what it is and how it might be done. Assume that 10 words will never be enough to provide an adequate description.
