You can either use Character Map application that comes with Windows or you can write a little code to show ASCII characters:

Private Sub Form_Load()
    Dim i As Integer
    
    For i = 0 To 255
        List1.AddItem "ASCII: " & i & " Character: " & Chr(i)
    Next
End Sub

Note: requires a Listbox for this to work.
