[RESOLVED] some error strange

i have using a visual basic 6 in UC section...
i have a strange error: when execute the form teste(when the form teste is showed in project(at least i sod)) i recive an error and the VB6 just close...
i'm sorry don't give more information, but i don't know what to say.
can anyone test my groupproject and see what isn't right?

enter in groupproject(the pjtSprite project is the control and the teste project is for testing the control)...
heres the error in image(after that error, the VB6 just close it)...
