That's entirely my fault. I'm sorry.
For some reason, he kept asking me where do I live. I tried telling him to go away, but he insisted that Portsmouth was a place in the UK. So I said, "go on, Portsmouth is a place" and he did.
I think I may have made some mistakes in that post, but all I can think of now is Spock doing the facepalm. Oh, the shame!

Vulcans do display emotions when they reach Vulcan-senility at an old age. Spock's father was displaying emotions as he was suffering from the Bendii Syndrome.
It is in such a scenario that a Vulcan would do a facepalm.
