Hiring PHP Programmer

Hello Everyone, I am developing a program via VB .Net 2005. I do not know a damn thing about PHP, this is why I am coming to you.

I need somewhat of a simple script that will do the following,


Once a Payment via PayPal has been completed, a IPN script will see a successful charge, then do the following,

Generate a Random 5 digit code,

Then populate 3 fields in one table of a MySQL database, and multiple fields of another table in the same database. then send an email with the information.

1) Shouldn't this be posted in the 'Project Requests' forum?
