    How to progress from coding

    Hi,

    Im currently a developer in a team leader role (very small team) and looking to improve on this. My eventual aim is to progress into Analysis/Design and project management.

    I already have a BSc but was wondering what advice anyone could give or perhaps what other (UK) qualifications may help me out.

    Do you have any opportunities, small though they may be, in your current job to participate in Analysis/Design and project management?
