VB 2008 programe is not working in vista

i have made a web browser in vb 2008 pro 3.5 on vista and for some reason when i sent it to a mate that is running vista windows security keeps blocking the .exe file can some one help me plz as it works on my pc that has vista to is there something you need to download if you dont have Visual Studio.

Could be almost anything. More likely your program is breaking some of the Standard User rules.

ye i found out what was wrong. i had to fully publish it or it would tell my mate it was an unsafe file. thanx for ur reply
