For the record
- I am not a cat.
- I do not like cats.
- I do not have a big database full of lolcats organised using meta-tags.
- I have no interest in loldogs.
Now that we got that out of the way,

1) I don't believe you.
2) I do believe you.
3) Yeah, right. You probably just don't have the meta tags part.
4) I don't believe you.
5) That's certain!

Good eyes! It certainly does appear to be. Perhaps it's getting a buzz?

Re: For the record
I noticed because last week one of my idiot dogs chewed through the power cord on my air compressor. Fortunately it was not plugged in or that would have been an ugly scene to return home to...

Re: For the record
We had a dog chew through a phone cord as my mothe was talking on the phone. Phones don't carry enough voltage to do any harm, so it isn't a terminal action. Chewing through a power cord may or may not be. 110 current will pack a heck of a punch, and getting it through the mouth would probably be pretty bad, but the result largely depends on whether the mouth clamped shut or open, and how quickly the breakers blew.

The PSTN phone system in the UK is 50 volts. You can't even blow up a squirrel with that.
I don't live here any more.

Actually, the only time they have enough voltage for you to feel it, is when a call is coming in. It sends a pulse to "ring" the phone.

It's becoming a shame too, since these squirrels are starting to talk right outside my house:
