Setup creation

Hai,
I had put all my images,icons,reports as separate folder.i used package & deployment wizard to create setup.but when i install this all the images,icons,reports came under one folder results in error,when i open those pages it says,image not found in /images/earth.ico.

I can understand there has been no folder created in that name(images).How can create these folders.please any one helpme with example.

i am a new bie to this.
